At SonaNova, we work with care and respect for privacy. Below you can read how we handle data within our practice, our education, and our research.

What data we process

We only process data that is necessary for our services:

Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), and message.
Introductory meeting or booking: name, email, phone, availability, and request for help/goals.
Training or professional development: name, email, organisation, billing details (if needed), notes, and possibly attachments.

We use this data to:

We process data on the basis of:

Consent, for contact forms
Contract, for treatment appointments, training, and supervision
Legitimate interest, for administration, service improvement, and basic analytics

Retention periods

Treatment data: minimum 20 years (WGBO)
Research data: minimum 10 years (GDPR, Code of Conduct for Scientific Integrity)
Training registrations: 24 months (GDPR)
Training and supervision data: 5 years (e.g. for re-registration and quality assurance)
Contact forms: 12 months
Financial administration: 7 years (AWR)

If possible, we will delete data earlier upon request.
